The ACEY-BCT560-64P is a high-current prismatic battery capacity tester engineered for lithium battery charge and discharge testing, capacity grading, performance evaluation, and cycle life testing. With 64 independently controlled channels and maximum charging/discharging current of 60A per channel, this system is ideal for production lines, battery laboratories, and quality control applications.

The tester supports constant-current, constant-voltage and CC/CV charging modes, as well as constant-current, constant-power and constant-resistance discharge modes. Each channel can operate independently, allowing different test programs to be assigned to individual prismatic battery cells.
